After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line will no longer receive quality updates, or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reaches end of support in December 2021 and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reaches end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend planning your upgrade now to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

New Third Party Listings

The information on this page is intended for Adobe Commerce 2.3 customers who are on an extended support contract. The Adobe Commerce Merchant Documentation for current releases is published on the Adobe Experience League.

The New Third Party tab shows your existing Amazon listings that have not been matched to a product in your Magento catalog. To use listing management for quantity, pricing, handling time, and more, each of your Amazon listings must be matched (assigned) to a product in your Magento catalog. You have a few options to assign a listing to a product in your Magento catalog.

Under Actions:

  • Create New Catalog Product(s): Choose to use the information in the Amazon listing to automatically create a new product in your Magento catalog. This process will match the Amazon listing to the new catalog product automatically. See Create and Assign Catalog Products.

  • Attempt Automatic Match: Choose to attempt automatic matching for the selected listings to your catalog based on your current Catalog Search options in your listing settings. If you modify your Catalog Search options, this action will allow you to attempt the matching process again.

Under Select:

If you have listings in process, a message will appear above the tabs indicating the number of listings.
