After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line will no longer receive quality updates, or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reaches end of support in December 2021 and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reaches end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend planning your upgrade now to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

Logs and Store Reports

The information on this page is intended for Adobe Commerce 2.3 customers who are on an extended support contract. The Adobe Commerce Merchant Documentation for current releases is published on the Adobe Experience League.

Amazon Sales Channel includes some valuable logs and store reports that allow you to view the changes that are affecting your Amazon listings and orders. You can use these reports to see what is happening in your store and to understand various listing statuses.

No actions are available for the logs or store reports, as they are review-only features.

The following logs can be accessed from the store dashboard.

  • The Listing Changes Log shows the changes that have occurred in your Amazon Seller Account as a reflection of your Amazon Sales Channel settings.

  • The Communication Errors Log shows any reported communication errors with Amazon.

The following store-specific reports can be accessed from the store dashboard.

You can also check the log file for additional information when troubleshooting is needed. See Sales Channel Admin Settings. Amazon Sales Channel synchronization logging is written to the {Magento Root}/var/log/channel_amazon.log file and can be viewed in developer mode.
