Updating Events
Events can be edited from either the Events page or from the category that is associated with the event. When a category has an associated event, an Edit Event button appears in the upper-right corner.
Edit Event
Method 1: Edit Event from the Events Page

On the Admin sidebar, go to Marketing > Private Sales > Events.

Find the event in the list, and open it in edit mode.

Make the necessary changes to the event.

When complete, click Save.
Method 2: Edit Event from Category

On the Admin sidebar, go to Catalog > Categories.

In the category tree on the left, select the category that is associated with the event.

In the upper-right corner, click Edit Event.

Make the necessary changes to the event.

When complete, click Save.
Delete an event

On the Admin sidebar, go to Marketing > Private Sales > Events.

Find the event in the list and open it in edit mode.

In the upper-right corner, click Delete.

To confirm the action click OK.
Button bar
Button | Description |
---|---|
Back | Returns to the Events page without saving the new event or changes in an existing event. |
Delete | Deletes the event. |
Reset | Clears the form of any unsaved changes and restores the original event information. |
Save and Continue Edit | Saves all changes and keeps the form open in edit mode. |
Save | Saves changes, closes the form, and returns to the Events page. |
