Billing Agreements
Customers who enter into a billing agreement with a payment provider can make purchases now and pay for them later, according to the agreement. To learn more, see PayPal Billing Agreements.
Billing agreement in customer dashboard
Create a billing agreement

From the customer dashboard, select Billing Agreements.

Under New Billing Agreement, select a payment provider.

Click Create.
This redirects the customer to the payment system website.

View a billing agreement

From the customer dashboard, select Billing Agreements.

Select the billing agreement and click View.

Cancel a billing agreement

From the customer dashboard, select Billing Agreements.

Select the billing agreement and click View.

In the top-right corner, click Cancel.

To confirm the action, click OK.
If the administrator cancels the Billing Agreement via the Magento admin, it cannot be cancelled on the Storefront. The “Canceled” status is displayed for this agreement. See the Billing Agreements for more information.
