Uploading a New Version
After a shared package is submitted for review, you can open the profile to check its status, view the Technical Report, and upload a new version.
|1.||Under Package Details, click View the Technical Report.|
Although the review in this example triggered three warnings, none were “show stoppers,” and the shared package is “Ready to Use.” However, the report recommends for the warnings to be fixed, because they might impact functionality. If you fix the issues, you can resubmit the updated shared package.
|1.||Because the version number is extracted from the package, you must first increment the version number in the
|2.||When the updated zip file is ready to upload, open the current version of the shared package, and click Add New Version. Then, do the following:|
|a.||The Package Title field is now called Version Title. Although it is not required, you can update the title of the version as needed.|
|b.||In the Upload File box, either drag the updated zip file to the box, or browse to the file.|
|c.||Paste the Release Notes for the updated version into the box.|
|3.||When complete, tap Submit to send the new version of the shared package to Technical Review.|
When the review is complete, the new version appears in the list box at the top of the page.
