RMA Customer Experience
Customers can use either of the following to request an RMA from the storefront:
As a best practice, make sure ro include a description of your RMA requirements and process in the store’s policy.
To request an RMA:
||In the footer, click Orders and Returns.
- Order ID
- Billing Last Name
Orders and Returns
||Below the date, click Return.
||Choose the Item to return. Then, enter the Quantity to Return.
||Set Resolution to one of the following:
||Set Item Condition to one of the following:
||Set Reason to Return to one of the following:
- Wrong Color
- Wrong Size
- Out of Service
